14-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on Flowmittal purchases (including the per-project activation fee and the AI Submittal Register add-on). If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request a refund:

  • Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you purchased with, or
  • Email us at legal@flowmittal.com with your order details and we'll help facilitate the refund.

After the 14-day window

Refund requests outside the 14-day window are handled on a case-by-case basis and may be denied. Paddle, as the Merchant of Record, retains discretion to issue refunds in cases of fraud, billing errors, or where required by law.
